History: in 2019, Fleming Scientific (www.flemingscientific.com) adapted its computational nonlinear dynamics software for use with mobile phone capture auscultation. Mobile phones are powerful devices that support very high recording speeds and show good infrasonic sensitivity.
After initial clinical success, TSI was formed. TSI develops key research collaborations and raises non-dilutive funding to progress work in its key focus areas. TSI also developed a proprietary mHealth “app” that can be operationalized on about 7 billion phones globally. TSI’s original goal with the mHealth device was to make gold standard proxy information available to providers in situations where none exist today such as tele-health, low resource clinical environments and humanitarian efforts.
At TSI, our mission is simply to make new information available to providers, in the occasion of use, that optimizes treatment planning and improves outcomes. While most of our clinical study to-date has been centered on mHealth and remote patients, our scope is expanding to making commonly used non-invasive clinical devices smarter.
We are grateful for the immense support from organizations such as the University of Louisville, Maine Health and Lehigh Valley Health Network.
